At Nova Sweat, we aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Below is our refund policy to help you understand how returns and refunds work.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Some items are not eligible for returns. This includes:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain circumstances, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before the refund is posted.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@novasweat.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was sent to the gift giver first, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

Shipping

To return a product, please email us at info@novasweat.com for return instructions.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
