Your total delivery time is determined by two factors: Processing and Shipping.

  • Processing Time: This is the time between when you submit your order and when it leaves our warehouse. For most items, processing is typically completed within 2-3 business days, depending on stock availability.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping begins when your order leaves the warehouse and ends when it arrives at your delivery address. Shipping times may vary based on your location.

Where do we ship, and what are the estimated delivery times?

We offer worldwide shipping! The estimated delivery times for different regions are as follows:

Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping: (7-21 business days) is available worldwide.
  • Priority Shipping: $3.95 (4-8 business days, available only in the US).

What can cause shipping delays?

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, certain circumstances can cause delays, including:

  • Return to Sender or Failed Delivery: Couriers typically make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery fails due to insufficient or incorrect address details, contact the courier immediately. If the package is returned to us, reach out to us to arrange reshipping.

  • Customs Clearance: For international shipments, customs may cause delays. Your tracking status will update once the package clears customs. For more details, please contact your local post office or delivery service.

  • Holiday Shipping Volumes: Shipping volumes typically increase during holiday periods, which may cause delays. We recommend tracking your package with your local post office if delays occur.

  • Weather Conditions: Severe weather may delay the delivery of your order. Be sure to track your shipment if this is a concern.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the "ship to" address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is marked as shipped with a tracking number:

  • Contact the carrier if your package has not arrived or is delayed. You will need to file a claim with the carrier directly.
  • We are not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
