For health and safety reasons, the product is not eligible for refund or exchange unless in it's in new condition.

If the product has been worn, we cannot accept a return. If you wish to make an exchange or return, all items must be returned in their original packaging. We accept returns on all new-condition, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.

If you’re not satisfied, you can return items in new, undamaged condition with all original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and we’ll refund the original payment method once your return is received.

Size Adjustment Offer

If the fit isn’t quite right, we offer a convenient exchange option: keep your original item and receive the correct size at 50% off. To arrange this, please email us at info@novasweat.com with your order details.

If you’d prefer to return the item, we’ll provide the return address. Return shipping fees are not covered under this policy.

Incorrect Item or Size Received

In cases where the item or size is incorrect, simply reach out to us at info@novasweat.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll quickly send the correct item to you at no additional cost.

Refund Details

For items that don’t arrive as promised or don’t match their description, we provide a full refund, including any shipping costs, when eligible.

Refunds typically process within 3-5 business days and should appear in your bank statement shortly afterward.
